This newly developed tower is a landmark office building with 81 storeys. This is the tallest office building in the city, at 330 m high. The top floors of this building, from 61st to 81st floors, is the 5-star Shangri-La Hotel, with a conference centre attached to the north wing that can accommodate up to 1800 people and a five-storey high-end shopping mall at the east wing. Together with the previously developed China World Tower 1 and Tower 2 and two other famous hotels, both managed by Shangri-La Group, this provides the most prestigious business complex with an all-inclusive environment for business professionals working and living in Beijing.
